Agreeing the pricing model for our engagement is a key early step in the relationship — whether for the provision of advisory services, sale of a software system or a comprehensive package of software, system delivery and implementation/support.

HKA is a world leader in providing services for successful capital works project delivery — whether the full range of advisory services required by Clients for all aspects of the project lifecycle; focused solutions such as BI dashboards/reports and the use of AI; or the provision of product-specific solutions such as PMWEB and WalkMe.
Whether seeking general or specific advisory services — or a software solution for your capital works needs — HKA can provide its pricing on an open and transparent basis. Our pricing approaches include:
HKA services
HKA services are typically provided on an hourly-rates basis. Where a Client’s Requirements are sufficiently detailed to determine an accurate Scope, we can fix the pricing for that Scope. Pricing can include fixed amounts for defined Scope and hourly rates for work that is less defined, either with or without provisional sums. HKA Tech also offers pre-paid packages with a single discounted and blended rate for work by all personnel, irrespective of role/seniority — these packages are popular with Clients for long-term support in addition to the software vendor’s technical support, as well as for continuous improvement programs. A single discounted blended rate is also typically offered for software implementation services.
Software
For SaaS delivery, fees for both PMWEB and WalkMe (see pricing details later on this page) are based on a minimum term of one year and annual renewals thereafter. Both include all costs of SaaS delivery including technical support within their fee. In both cases, fees are calculated based on the functionality/package procured and the number/type of users. Pricing advantages are available for commitments longer than one year. According to circumstances, pricing after Year 1 can be fixed or tied to an index such as CPI. HKA will provide options once the functionality and user requirements are known. Quotes can also be provided for self-hosted solutions and managed hosting.

WalkMe is a recognised world leader in Digital Adoption Platforms. Its Return on Investment (ROI) is proven as a result of successful adoption of applications and workflows; increased productivity; elimination of third-party-led training; and reduced support requirements.
HKA can quote WalkMe for one or more applications — all that is needed for a quote is the number of users; whether WalkMe use is intended for employees or customers (or both); and the application(s) with which WalkMe will be used. HKA can also quote for implementation and support services.

Contextual AI Assistance
From January 2027, consumption of WalkMe’s suite of Contextual AI Assistance Capabilities will require purchase of SAP AI Units.
This WalkMe AI functionality will allow Clients to build and deploy flexible AI experiences to guide users and accelerate workflows. Deliver AI assistance, recommended actions, and AI skills in-app, right where work happens.
