The Project Management & Implementation Plan

A plan tailored to each implementation

HKA prepares a Project Management and Implementation Plan (PMP) for each implementation. The format and detail of the PMP can vary significantly, depending on the size of the implementation and implementation approach (e.g., Quick Start, Agile Sprint-based etc) – as well as specific Client requirements. Some Clients will require elaborate documentation; others will require high-level documentation only.

Whether a simpler or more complex approach to documentation of the PMP, each area of the implementation lifecycle needs to be discussed and agreed in principle. We use our PMP template in discussions with each Client, exploring the key areas specific to that Client’s implementation needs.
