Each package includes defined deliverables that can be further tailored to individual Client requirements. Three Paths to a Faster Start
Each Quick Start package is scoped to the size and complexity of your program. All three share the same quality of configuration and knowledge transfer — the difference is scope, not standard.
For organisations new to PMWEB or deploying a single department or project type. Focuses on the core modules needed to manage cost, documents and workflow from day one.
For organisations deploying PMWEB across multiple project types or a portfolio of projects. Includes data migration, deeper configuration and a broader training program.
For organisations with complex program structures, multiple stakeholder groups, or enterprise integration requirements. Structured for speed without sacrificing the configuration depth your program demands.
What Happens in a Quick Start Engagement
Each Quick-start Option has specific inclusions in terms of work allowances, processes and deliverables. We start by reviewing these allowances and processes with the Client in the context of their requirements. Standardised templates are used to gather information. The timing for completion, review and exchanges of these templates are agreed to suit each Client’s available resources. Sometimes a Quick Start Essentials package (48 hours work) can be completed within two or three weeks from Start to Go Live. On other occasions, it can be longer, where Client feedback is awaited before works can be completed or Client personnel can be made available for training. Our objective is to agree a well-considered “no surprises” plan with the Client and to deliver on time, on budget, every time.
Inside the 48-Hour Quick Start
Quick Start Essentials achieves Go Live — including training and a defined amount of bespoke configuration — in 48 hours of effort, typically over an elapsed time of two to four weeks. It begins with a one-hour pre-kick-off meeting to align on the path forward and what “success” looks like; standardised templates then capture your requirements before configuration, training and follow-up.
